· All reservations are subject to a $6.00 non refundable Reservation fee.

· A minimum non-refundable deposit of $40.00 + $6.00 is required on all reservations.

CANCELLATIONS

· All deposits are non refundable.

RESERVATIONS

· Mid July – Mid August Reservations taken any time for 5 nights minimum.

· Holiday weekends: Reservations taken any time for 3 night's minimum.

(the above excludes August Civic Holiday weekend, minimum 5 nights required)

For the above periods, if you are planning a shorter stay than the required minimum, please call 1 or 2 days in advance of your arrival to ensure availability of sites.

Any other times, no minimal number of nights is required for reservations.
